Warranty & Return Policy

 

Deoboards offers 6 months warranty for our customers, starts from the day the goods is delivered to customers. Long periods of unused  is also count in six-month warranty. 

 

All defects caused by the electric skateboard itself, like the motor does not work, the ESC cannot be matched with the remote control, cannot be started, etc., are covered by the warranty. We would exchange the defective accessory with functionally equivalent ones which are equivalent to the original parts in performance and reliability.

 

Include:

(1) Motor

(2) ESC 

(3) Battery

(4) Remote Controller

(5) Charger

 

Please kindly be reminded, your pictures or test videos are a must for us to arrange accessory replacement under warranty.

 

The following are not covered by the warranty:

 

1. Pu wheels, pu sleeves, decks, belts and grip tape. (Except just delivered within 7 days)

 

2. Damages caused by artificial damage, such as damage from violence, modifications, unauthorized repairs and failure to follow the instructions in the user manual, damage caused by negligence, including using the battery for a long time with high power but not timely charging, or other damage caused by abuse.

 

3. Water damage

Deoboards electric skateboard can prevent sputtering water and dust under normal conditions, so if you drive on a wet road your board should not damaged by water. But if you skate over puddles or even submerge your board in the water, there is a high posibility that water will get to electric parts and cause damage.

 

4. Resold skateboards. warranty is only available to the original purchaser.

 

5. Warranty does not include resending a new electric skateboard, we only provide a replacement for broken parts.

 

RETURNS

Consumer-Initiated Returns/Redelivery: If a return or redelivery arises due to the consumer's actions or decisions, the consumer will cover the shipping fee. The exact fee will be determined by the chosen express company.

Deoboards Errors: Should you receive damaged or incorrect goods attributable to our errors, Deoboards will bear the shipping costs associated with rectifying the issue.

 

REFUND

1. Generally, you can cancel your order and get a refund only when the products are not shipped yet.

 

2. You need to cancel your order and email info@deoboards.com, and we will refund you very fast. Item can't be cancelled if it is shipped.

 

3. You will receive the full refund within 7 business days after we cancel your order.

You can contact info@deoboards.com . We guarantee a response to all queries within 24 hours on working days. Inquiries made over the weekend will be addressed by the subsequent working day. 

Once your request is confirmed, expect replacement parts to be shipped within 3-8 days.
