How long does it take to ship?

Your package will be shipped out in 3-5 business days once your order was placed.


You will get your tracking number by email in 1-2 days once your order was shipped.

How long will I get the order ?

Standard Shipping ( ship by sea or railway ):


United states: 25-35 days .

Europe: 35-55 days .


Fast Shipping ( ship by air ) :


United states: 7-17 business days.

Europe: 20-30 business days .

Canada: 14-23 business days .


Others : 


Australia: 10-17 days.

Western Australia: 13-17 days.

South Korea: 5-7 days.

Japan: Signage 5-7 days.

Taiwan: 5-7 days.

Singapore: 5-7 days.

When will i get my tracking number?

You will get your tracking number by email in 1-2 days once your order was shipped.

Why does my tracking number have no update?

We create your tracking label after your package has left our factory.


Standard shipping option


We will ship your package out in 3-5 business days once your order was placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number when we get a tracking number from our shipping agent, normally it will take 2-4 days.


The tracking information on the website will not be updated until the parcel arrives in your country customs, you will be able to track it once your package is picked up by UPS/FedEx.


Fast shipping option 


if your order was placed with fast shipping option, you will receive the tracking number for your order very soon, it will take 1-2 days, and you will be able to track it all the way to you.


This method of shipping is the best option we have to keep prices low for you and shipping times reasonable.

How can I check the shipping status/track my order?

The tracking number will update only when it arrive to your destination country and finish customs clear and then it will be given to your local UPS or FedEx. Then it will update. Before it’s given to UPS or FedEx. It won’t update. No worries.

Are there any import tax ?

No tax will be charged for US and EU if your order is with completed board.

(tax will by charged for customers in NZ/Norway/Switzerland/South Korea).

If you buy spare parts and ship to EU/NZ/AU,you will need to pay tax.

If you live in New Zealand,maybe we will ship your board in 2 packages due to the custom rules.we will ship your board without battery and remote in a package, and then we ship your battery and remote in another package,so you will get 2 packages and then get a complete board.

Your warranty period is 6 months from the date you purchase.

REFUND POLICY

We will refund when:


We can help to cancel your order and refund your payment if your order hasn't been shipped. How to know if your order was shipped or not?

Contact our support team to know your order status, click here.


Once your order was canceled successfully, we will refund you within 1-3 business days.


Your order was analytic as fraudulent order.

In this case, we will cancel your order and refund you automatically, we will suggest you place a new order and make sure your order billing address is the same as your card billing address. You can also try to pay with another credit card or pay by PayPal.


We can't ship to your shipping address

We will email you and let you know the reason why we can't ship it to you and find a solution.


We can't refund when:


We don't refund after your order has shipped out.

We don't refund when there is an issue with the product you received, rather we fix the board in accordance with our warranty and send you free replacement parts (in certain cases you might need to cover the shipping cost for it). 

We don't accept returns.

Our online store processes payments through PayPal / Credit cards. These methods accept all credit cards, debit cards and linked bank accounts (PayPal). 

DEOBOARDS OPERATION QUESTIONS

Do I need to charge the battery when I receive the board?

Yes, you could to do that, but not required. Because the battery is not fully charged before leaving the factory (to protect the battery during Long-distance shipping).

Does the boards need to be charged during long periods of non-use?

Yes, it needs to be charged frequently during periods of non-use.

Are the boards waterproof ?

The board is not waterproof. and the water-resistant may reduce after you use it for a long time. the water may damage the board. so we recommend that you ride around water and stay away from wet or icy surfaces, And riding on wet and icy surfaces is extremely dangerous, as you will easily lose control of the powerful board.

How to pair the remote to the board?

It’s easy. 


1: Turn off the board and remote. 


2: long press the power button of the board and the remote at the same time for more than 5 seconds. 


3: When the remote vibrates. It shows it’s paired.

How can I get support when I meet problem ?

Why my board can not be charged ?

If the board can't be charged, then you need to check it out step by step.


1. Is the charger light turns green when only plugging into the wall (not connect to the board)


2. Does the indicator show the “in” charging symbol while the plug charger in?


3. Open the battery case and check all wires connection, if any wire loosened or fallen.


4. if there is nothing wrong after you did the above steps, then you need to charge the battery directly by using the charging port adaptor, please email us for more support : hebe@deoboards.com or wenjie@deoboards.com


(If the charger light is red, means it is charging normally.)

How to maintain my Deoboards ?

Although the boards were designed to be low maintenance, ensuring that your components are operating properly on a regular basis will ensure maximum range and help prevent premature component wear.


It is recommended to routinely check that your bolts and nuts are tight, bearings are clean and rolling freely, and your belt has proper tension. In addition, rotating the wheels regularly can prevent uneven wear.
